Life in West part 9, Wa I could i forget to write abt the trip to OCT FEST man... wat have i been doing man... We went to OCT FEST on 29 of Sept, is a Small town with abit of German culture... There was live band and People enjoy themselve... and now we are goin to enter the last week in Iowa... I bet i will miss this place man the life and the people, we got to meet along the weeks...

Life in West part 10, Wow we are starting to do our group project that we have to hand in to kirkwood community college... is a test for us, to see what we have learn for the past 2 weeks... Mr. Jeremy apointed each of us with a role we have to play in the project... Brina and Clara will work with Dreamweaver, Deep will work with Photoshop with the photo we took for the past 2 weeks... and last but not least Me work will Flash making a intro page... and we chosen a design that we came up with... I bet it will b nice when we are done with it... after all is our 1st site tt we do....

Life in West part 11, We are done with the project after burning midnight oil... Alex appointed me to present the Website we have done. Is tough for me cuz i will get v nervous when i face a group of people... and we had a beautiful lunch wif our frens... Is kind of sad tt we are leave the place in Friday morning which is the following day... But we are oso excited to have a look of chicago... We have been ask each other " WA! Time seem to fly so fast. And we are leaving tml." we went but to hostel to pack our stuff and recalling the thing we have done here... man. is hard to sae gdd bye to jeremaih a v Gdd guy who brought us around... Everything turn out well, I will nv forget the time we spent here even if i do forget the Photo tt we took here, will alway remind me... But no matter wat, We still have to see gdd bye to Iowa and our frens here... and thank them for bringin us around Iowa... but i bet i will return here after i earn enough money man... IOWA!!! PERPARE YOURSELF FOR MY RETURN!!!! MUHAHAHA!!!!

Life in west part 6, 7 & 8

Life in west 6, today is a very busy day... We are preparing the food and stuff for the birthday girl, Brina... And we invited Mr and Mrs Phil, Jeremiah and his girlfriend Sarah over to have a dinner together... We make some food that we have in singapore like Fried rice, Pork rib soup, Curry, Cashew chicken. To let our local friend to have a taste of S'pore food... With a wink of an eye is 4 in the afternoon and our invited guest are roaming in to our apartment... And is time to reveal the food we cooked, i enjoy the life when friend come over to have a dinner and chit chating about the thing we did... Our friends enjoy the food we made, Mrs Phil wanted to know how we made the food and what we add the food when we made them... Finally, is time to have to birthday cake for the Brina, when the cake was reval by Mr Phil it was an ice cream cake from a local store in town... After having the cake, what time issit?.. Is not Tiger time, but is time to take a group photo... and Jeremaih gave Brina a present.. It was a Teddy bear...

Life in west 7, today is a exciting day... Jeremaih told us that he is bringing us over to his place to have a visit since we haven been to anybody house... and after that we going to the haunted house located next to the police station. 8.30 at night, Jeremaih and Sarah both drove their car over to our apartment to fetch us to their place... They have a very lovely house have their pet cat "Muffin" that sound more like a food then a pet name to me... Jeremaih have a lot of Oriental Weapon like Katana, Katar etc... then we make our to the haunted house... the haunted house is so big... but the haunted house is one that i will nv forget because is one place that is really interesting and the people that pose as the ghost are very friendly...

Life in west 8, We went to a chruch 1 hrs drive from our apartment to there... we are so lucky that we saw a couple preparing for their oncoming wedding and the design of the church is so grand and is a very ideal place to have a wedding there... after the chruch we went to the place where they took the scene for Field Of Dream... a movie about a baseball game... then we went to A&W to have our lunch... OH man, i miss A&W Root Beer Float... i remenber we used to have it in singapore too... then we took a up hill tram, and when we reach the top of the hill the scenery is a beauty... Man i will really miss the scenery here in Iowa... when we return... at night we went to see the ice hockey game... Rough Rider is the home team, the match is great... and i am so impress by the skill they have when they are playing the match... I bought the pluck that they use to play for ice hockey...

Life In West Part 5

Life in West part 5... We went to the reac centre to do some work out... The function there are much better than the gym in S'pore... and we went to visit some industry... That are related to the thing we are study but is too far away from wat we are studying now... but now i know why the student here know wat is the market they are studying like and the requestment of job... That is wat we are lack of in singapore...

Life In West part 3 and 4

Life In West part 3... We went to tour around the school... The school is so big... They have a agriculture lesson... and they take care of the injure bird like the owl you see... they run the school differently from s'pore... I so amazed to see a baby eagle in the cage injure... the eagle was so beautiful... i think big country have big car right... we went to the horse farm and pass by the pig farm... the horse was so big lol...

Life In West part 4... I didn have any photo for yesterday but we cook our own dinner and we went to the market... the weather have turn cold... i was shivering... when i was outside the market...

Life in west part 1 and 2

Part 1

This is when the "Life In West" on 22/9/07... 3hrs later, We reach Hong Kong at 10.30am... Waiting to abroad the plane to Chicago at 12pm...

We arrived Chicago at 2pm... We took some photo outside the Chicago airport... We abroad the transist tram... To abroad our next flight to Cedar Rapids...

We reach Cedar Rapids at 4pm... Mr Phil and Mrs Phil fetch to the hostel that we will be living for 3 weeks... And have our dinner in "Red Robin"... Alex took a photo of Mr Phil Family... I had the largest burger... i have ever seen... I hurt when i have a bite of the burger...

Part 2
On the 2nd day... "Life Is West", Mr Phil fetch us to the Visitor Center in the garden of Brucemore... I took the map of the Brucemore and it's garden...

This is the Brcemore's Formal garden and Alex took a photo of us at the entry of the Formal Garden... and Alex took the photo of the mansion... It's a pity that are not allow to take the photo inside the mansion... But try guessin this, how many stair do they have in the mansion... I will tell the answer at the end of this... After we visited the Mansion, we went on to have our dinner at "BBQ This"( the name is so Cute right)... the answer is 2... 1 stair for the family used and the other stair for the servant...
